Esca-Rosa League Rules for 6 Aside Spring - U18 / U10

1. No punts or goalie throws past half way in the air. (Penalty - opposing team awarded an indirect kick from half line at the point where the ball crossed).

2. Goal kicks taken 1 yard from end line. They can go across mid field without penalty

3. No off sides

4. Defensive penalty inside goal box

a) Direct - Shoot out (1 on 1 vs keeper) from half line. Player has 10 sec to score. Ball is not dead until it is out of bounds or at the end of 10 seconds. When ball dead defending team is awarded a goal kick.

b) Indirect - Ball is placed on nearest point on the goal box line.

5. Use of rostered players only.

a) If a team is short then team can barrow players from the opposing team.

6. Substitution on the Fly

a) Both teams are on the same side of field

b) Substitution area is at mid field.

c) Field player must touch hands with substitute at the mid field entry point before entering the game.

d) Penalty - Too many players on the field: Indirect kick from the position on the field where the ball was in play when penalty was identified by referee. Note: Referee can waived off (play advantage) if opposing team has control of the ball.
