Select teams are for above average players who wish to learn and play at a higher level. Placement on a select team is based upon an open tryout process conducted by the coaching staff. Players are evaluated on their technical skills, tactical awareness, dedication, work ethic, and sportsmanship. Coaches make the final decision on who will make the team.

As per FYSA guidelines, U10 is the starting age group for the select program. Select teams are further classified as either Classic or Premier. Each spring, Classic teams compete for the State Cup, and Premier teams compete for the President’s Cup. Select teams play in the Tri-State League and participate in FYSA approved tournaments during the regular season. This often times requires teams to travel out-of-town for competition.

Under 10, born on 8/1/98 to 7/31/99
Under 11, born on 8/1/97 to 7/31/98
Under 12, born on 8/1/96 to 7/31/97
Under 13, born on 8/1/95 to 7/31/96
Under 14, born on 8/1/94 to 7/31/95
Under 15, born on 8/1/93 to 7/31/94
Under 16, born on 8/1/92 to 7/31/93
Under 17, born on 8/1/91 to 7/31/92
Under 18, born on 8/1/90 to 7/31/91
