First
and foremost, scholarships will be awarded on a case by case basis depending
upon individual needs and circumstances
ALL
RECIPIANTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO VOLUNTEER 3 HOURS SERVICE TIME:
1) Fill
out information sheet and submit to Recreational League Commissioner.
2) Recreational
League Commissioner will review application with President will assess
situation.
3) President
or Recreational League commissioner will present to Executive Board for
approval. (Name will be kept
confidential)
4) Approved
applications will be given to the Treasurer who will keep paper
5) If
approved Treasurer will transfer funds from Chris Black Fund. Treasurer will notify Recreational Record
keeper to credit that person’s account.
6) If
not approved the presenter will make note of reasons and give to Treasurer or
record keeping purposes.
